I took a punch in the punctum
Last time I went to the stadium. 
Like Niobe, all tears
I lost my vertical hold
On the horizontal axels 
Of my Chevy semi. 
Subjectivity is just a cheap shot at
Immobility that’ll get you
On the last train to practically
Any place you can imagine. 
But fancy’ll get you nowhere
at the speed of light minus
shipping and handling.
